A. 30 minutes for a movie and 60 minutes for a live show.

A.The VIP bar lounge or the first three rows.

Q. Where can I buy tickets to an event?

A. Tickets can be puchesed at the box office, on our calendar for movies and event tickets sold by pioneer theater. To see a full list including links to hosted event tickets please click here.

A.Two days prior to a live event from 12p-5p

Q. When are we able to pick up our tickets from the box office?

A. We offer a bar serving beer and wine and also soft drinks and bottled water at our concession stand.

Q. Where is the closest parking for people with disabilities?

A. The Public Parking Lot on Budleigh St is about a one minute walk (330ft) from the Theater.

Q. What is the best seating for less mobile patrons?

A. We have end of row seating available.

Q. Where can a mobility impaired patron be dropped off?

A. Directly outside our doors.

Q. Do you have wheelchair-accessible toilet facilities?

A. Our venue was built in 1934 so our bathrooms are not ADA compliant but are spacious.

Q. Does the Theater have allocated spaces for wheelchair users?

A. Not at this time. We currently use the back row and the end of row spots.

Q. Where are the best seats for a sight impaired patron?

A. The first three rows would be best.
